Any team requiring a free week MUST give 7 days notice

Dont ask for specific times for fixtures. Its your responsibility to ensure you have enough coaches to cover your teams.

Ensure all rubbish is put into the bins provided and leave the pitches and equipment the way you found them.

When you are within the pitch area you must have your back to the fence.

DO NOT encroach on the pitch area.
