NO ​PARENTS or SPECTATORS SHOULD BE ON THE PITCH.

ALL PARENTS AND SPECTATORS SHOULD STAND BEHIND THE BARRIERS OR AGAINST THE SURROUNDING FENCELINE.

Any Cancellations requests have to be received via email no later than 1pm - seven days in advance of the fixture.

No Text Messages or Telephone calls after 8pm

Any requests after the cut off time will be refused.

REMEMBER – All fixtures are likely to change due to cancellations.

There will never be any changes within the 7 days. All Fixtures are final from Monday unless exceptional circumstances (Which I will contact affected teams direct).

Can we please be considerate, safe and legal when parking our cars at the hubs. Ensure all rubbish is put into the bins provided and leave the pitches and equipment the way you found them.

Car Parking/Congestion and General Guidance

• Can ALL parents/coaches park within the allocated parking bays at Renfrew Hub and follow any guidance/instructions issued by Leisure Staff. 
• To assist us in managing the congestion we hope that the PJDYFL and member clubs/coaches will assist us in ensuring any parking guidance is followed.
• Unfortunately, last season we encountered inappropriate, illegal and inconsiderate parking, Renfrewshire Leisure have decided to adopt a policy whereby a Violation Sticker will be placed on vehicles parked where they are causing obstruction. I must add this was a rare occurrence and the vast majority of attendees were very co-operative.
• No Smoking is permitted within the grounds of New Western Park
• Please use litter bins provided
• ​STRICTLY No Dogs on Parks
